My save, as a Monolith, I had to go in outfit_novice.ltx and temporary change [novice_2_outfit] to [monolith_novice_outfit], then load my save, sell my monolith_novice_outfit that was stored in the nearby base stash, save the game, then revert back my change in outfit_novice.ltx.

Items addon has not been updated for 1.3.20 last time I checked. Anyway, the files that are most likely conflicting are xr_corpse_detection, ui_debug_main, ui_icon_equipment and the trader files. Merging them should be fairly simple since icon coordinates don't seem to conflict.
