People here are trashy and completely inconsiderate and the apartments are by far some of the worst I have ever seen and they have the nerve to charge ridiculous amounts of money and raise the rent every year. We recently had our entrance painted and the morons painted the front door shut so now we basically have to kick the doors open. The landscaping company completely destroys things as well.

There are loud, obnoxious parties that are held every few weekends and go on for days but it’s ok because they’re the super’s family. His various family members descend on the neighborhood every weekend and take up all of the parking spaces and are loud and rude. They’re out of control and his nasty wife with a ------ attitude answers the phone in the front office.

This complex is completely overrun by one family that has no respect for anyone. Don’t live here as I am pretty sure they make your stay here horrible if you’re not related to management. I never have had a complain or problem with the facility. It is a decent place to live in. I live in the 1 bedroom all electric apartment. The apartment is very big. Living/Kitchen/Dinning/bedroom/ bathroom are all decent size. The staff are very friendly and help you right away.

I never had any issues with getting things repaired which is very rear. If they don't have an answer right away they get back to me as soon as they have one. Very quiet place to live.

The grounds are not well kept, people leave chicken bones and other random food all over the place and it is a hazard for people with dogs. There are not washers and dryers in the unit but they have creepy and disgusting pits for the laundry facilities that are not well kept and barely even work. The maintenance seems to care very little based on how much trash and debris that was found (thrown out the window maybe?) outside the unit. I have found things like tons of broken pieces of tile, screws, and a BUNDLE of nails surrounding my unit.

This is defiantly not a safe place to walk a dog because you will constantly be scared of what they could step on. When we moved in we were told that they were trying to 'put us in a good area' and it was apparent what they meant by this when we moved in. Parts of the apartments are very scary at night (and during the day for that matter).

I would not recommend living here based on safety concerns. These apartments also have really poor water quality. It is not uncommon to have black water coming out of your sink at least once a month. You can't drink any of the water that comes from the sinks (Try filling a clear glass if you live here!). Parking is a very big issue here as well.

They don't offer any assigned parking except for a few spots that you have to get on a bottomless wait list to get. I would recommend that they assign at least one spot per unit. Parking in our community is tight and have increased enforcement both by our towing company and have asked for the New Brunswick Parking Authority to also enforce as we are on public streets. There have been several issues with the laundry equipment and I met with them today regarding them.

They are a contracted service and we do ask that you contact them directly as you are better able to explain the exact location and equipment failure. We have asked for the equipment to all be checked on a weekly basis rather than waiting for calls and provide better service for our residents. We are also looking at the possibly upgrading the equipment. If there are any issues that our maintenance staff has failed to correct, please contact our office so we can get to the bottom of it.

One & two bedroom units also include a microwave and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We have laundry facilities through out our community, there is on street as well as off street parking available. Private garages are available for an additional fee.

Pets are welcome, but there is a 30 lbs weight limit, one pet per bedroom size, $250 non-refundable pet damage fee and $25 pet rent per pet per month. *Please note that some floor plans are all electric please call for further details.
