Pretty sure OSX does a better job at 'monitoring and managing memory usage' than your app does.

Using Memory Clean to keep the speed up while I’m online has been very successful. It’s also a good reminder to clear the cache when I notice that I’m having to use it more frequently. I figure that it’s saved me the cost of a new iMac — for now:). I have an older MacBook and Memory Clean Works very good on it. When I read reviews by some who are having problems with Memory Clean or Memory Clean 2, my first response is that they are not using it properly or installed it wrong. Every Mac should have a Memory Clean App. One recommendation I have for the App to make it even better is for it to indicate some of the specific items it is cleaning. By madhawaiian I’ve had this app, the full version for a couple years and it keeps getting better. I used the free copy for a couple months and found it to do what it says it would do. After purchasing the full version it blew my mind to think I was holding out for something better.
When I need it to reclaim ram used by other programs such as Photoshop that doesn’t seem to let it go, I click on extreme clean and get it all back just like that. Take it from me, it will do you good to have this app when you need it!
